Twins where one or both suffer from Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis are needed for the IBD Nixon Twin and Multiplex UK Registry, a research database.
They are also interested to hear from "Multiplex" families where 3 or more members have been diagnosed with IBD.
The goal is to learn more about IBD to help develop new strategies for prevention, early diagnosis and management - Crohn’s and Colitis UK is supporting the work.

Joining the registry involves filling in a questionnaire about your health and allowing the research team to access your medical records.
